I like that you can add your own dates in and the different sections to organise your life. Very nice and clean design.

Would love motivational quotes like in the * planner if I had to change anything!

I like the thickness of the page and the structure of the pages is ok. The price is a bit steep and I only purchased the planner because I have a work benefit that allowed me to.

In my opinion some improvements to make it perfect would be:

* A size B5 planner

* Make it predated so we don’t have to fill that in (also a good opportunity so people have to buy 1 every year)

* Some sort of line separation in between hours of the weekly pages

* The bottom section and side bar of the weekly pages are too big, so the hourly space is very tiny to write in

Love the balance between structure and flexibility, and the really clean design. The vertical day structure really works for my brain, I appreciate that the days aren’t “lined” into time increments, and the dotted spaces at the bottom of each page for scribbling. It works well as my to do list & time organizer, with a mix of journalling & memory keeping. Love the double ribbon for bookmarking. Nice feeling covers and page quality. Returning to a paper planner after using digital for a couple years has been wonderful.

The blank/dotted pages at the back are great (crucial) too, I almost wish there were even more. A pocket at the back would also be neat. Some journalling space between each month could be cool. Some pages towards the front of the book just for “To-Do’s” / task lists could be a nice touch too.

Altogether really like this planner and think I will continue using for a long time!

I love the weekly spread and the habits. Its nice to really be able to see my week fully spread out. Helps me with time management and consistency

This planner is very well made, and I like the minimalist feel to it. It helps me keep all my ducks in a row and allows me to hold myself accountable for my goals! I have a lot of fun using it and its become a staple in my day to day life.

This planner has so many features but keeps them minimalist in appearance (unlike others on the market) and is extremely user friendly. Shopped around for several weeks and can safely say this is the Cadillac of personal planners. I already feel more in control of events in my life (no longer running from place to place, overwhelmed by my schedule) and calmer. I am accomplishing goals, remembering all the little chores and tasks I need to do (thank you habit tracker!), and feeling I am getting things done. I almost never write reviews but I am so happy with the Pareto Planner I couldn’t help myself! This planner is worth it, 100%!!!!!!

The most important reasons why I use Pareto are:

1. The “Focus” for everyday makes you think about what most important today and well, helps you focus 🙂

2. The planner includes times from 6am to 10pm which is great, because my day doesn’t end at 7pm or 8pm (most planners stop around that time)

3. The planner has enough sections for notes, to-dos and thoughts, so the design is very clear and intuitive

It’s a great little book, just the right size, whether you are looking for a daily/weekly/monthly planner this is very well put together.

On top of that allowing you to fill in the dates makes it good for 1 full year.

I love this notebook. The layout gives me the ability to see each day by the hour while seeing the entire week. I can easily find open blocks of time for meetings and can accurately prep for engagements. I am a military officer working plans and current operations and this notebook is a game changer. I feel like I’m one step ahead of everyone else.

I LOVE my new Pareto planner. It is structured in a way that is perfect for me and has features and reminders that help keep me on track that other planners do not have. It took me a while to find you Pareto, and I’m glad I did!!

Thanks to the planner, I was inspired to record my impressions, AND knew where to find them when you asked. Pro: Four whole years of calendars, with Week Numbers. Week numbers are important to me, and not easy to find. Con: Page numbers are tiny and difficult to read. Pro: All 7 days have room for a full schedule — huge plus and again, hard to find. Con: The biggest drawback for me is that weekends are not set off somehow, preferably with subtle shading. It’s very hard to tell at a glance which day I’m looking at, even after a month of using this planner. Pro: The physical size of the planner is pleasingly compact. I thought it was going to be large and cumbersome. One final note: It’s time-consuming and challenging to fill in a whole year’s worth of dates, accurately. I wish I could purchase the planner already filled in. I don’t care if it’s a calendar year or an academic year, I would purchase a pre-filled planner over a blank one any day.

I just love how simple everything is. Will definitely buy another next year!!
